Chauffeur For Hire

Our Policy & Cancellation

• A $25.00 annual membership fee is optional.
• A 3 hour minimum is required for any local job, and 4 hours minimum for out-of-state or long distance.
• For extended jobs, exceeding 12hours, $240.00 charge per day per chauffeur is apply, and this doesn't include (room / tolls / parking / etc.). The law requires a 6 to 8 hours rest after a 12 hours drive straight, we hope you will comply with these regulations. Membership required for this service.
• Any confirmed reservation for service must be canceled 2 hours prior to the pick up time. Failure to do so will result in a penalty charge of $40.00 which represent the cost for the 2 hours time we will take to reach the airport. For local pick up a $20.00 charge will be apply.
• We ask that the car you will be using for your ride be in good condition and will not break down with our chauffeur. Any problem of that nature will cost you the towing fees and our chauffeur's time.

The Airport Shuttle

• For the Shuttle, we require that you arrive at the pick up location 15 minutes prior to your pick up time.
• Keep in mind that the Shuttle doesn't wait for people. If 5 minutes after arrival, you're not there to board the Shuttle, we leave, and you loose $20.00 from your payment and must wait for the next Shuttle and pay the difference. It's very important that you follow these guide lines. You'll be also reminded at the time of your reservation.
• Airport Shuttle leaves promptly at the scheduled time. If you miss your scheduled shuttle another reservation is required.

Agreement

• At the Customer request, Chauffeur For Hire provides a chauffeur to drive the Customer's car, and authorizes the chauffeur to drive his or her vehicle.
• The Customer agrees, to the best of their knowledge, their automobile is safe and in good operating condition.
• The customer certifies they carry automobile insurance, which provides minimum liability limits of $250,000 bodily injury per person, $500,000 per accident, $ 50,000 per property damage and collision and comprehensive coverage. Furthermore, the Customer certified that there are no driver restriction in their policy, and that such policies are in good standing and in full force and in full effect.
• The customer will inform Chauffeur For Hire of any changes in their policies as soon as it occurs, to avoid any conflict of interest.
• The Customer understands their vehicle insurance is primary with respect to any insurance Chauffeur For Hire may carry for liability. Furthermore, Chauffeur For Hire responsibility is limited to the amount of the customer's deductible or $ 250.00 (whichever amount is less) in the case of an accident, for physical damage to it's vehicle resulting from the negligence of a Chauffeur For Hire, chauffeur. This subject to further improvement and modifications.
